If your warranty with ADK Pro Audio & Video has expired:

Please check the status of the warranty with the manufacturer of your components. You'll need the serial number and model number for each part, which can typically be found inside your computer on the product/component sticker. If your warranty is still valid:

Please have a copy of your invoice or order number and the date of purchase ready when making your support request.

Support calls are scheduled on an appointment basis with our primary technician. To request support, please email us at support@adkproaudio.com with your preferred support times (evening hours are preferred).
